We had a great meal in the lounge - football on the big screen, classic rock playing in the background. We hung out for hours and played pool - it was so nice to play pool in such a nice enviroment. We loved the restaurant, told all our friends about it and are thrilled that we don't have to drive into Boston or Providence anymore for a night on the town!

This was my first experience at Incontro and I would go back a million times! The food, the service and the atmosphere was outstanding. I went with friends and can't wait to come back again with my family. We love the Capital Grille and this was definately the equivalent, if not better. Thank you for bringing such a high quality restaurant to the Franklin area!

Have been to INCONTRO at least three times, most recently with my children. We had great service and terrific meal while sitting at the bar in the main restaurant. Kids (teenagers) were very impressed and that is hard to do!!!

Recently, my husband and I went to Incontro to celebrate our 3rd Anniversary. We wanted to go somewhere that neither one of us had been to before. We happened to be driving by the building and noticed the beautiful water wheel and were very surprised to see that the building was a restaurant. We looked it up on the internet, read the reviews, and decided we would try it. We were not disappointed. Everything was wonderful!!! From the service, to the food, we had a wonderful experience. My only small complaint is that your coffee just isn't hot enough. But my very kind waiter heated mine extra hot and reserved it with a pleasant smile. We would have gone back the next day, but it was Friday and we had read there could be a few hour wait...so we will go back on Monday, and Tuesday, and Wednesday!!! We are planning to take our parents one night, and our sister and brother-in-law another night. I think we just might become regulars!
P.S. Can't wait to watch some NFL on your big TV's upstairs and maybe play a few games of pool!
